Welcome to the Experiment!

Hello,

This is not a relatively new blog but I thought hell why not, designed so that i can look back in the future and hopefully see some improvements. As well as showing progress and maybe giving/receiving tips to and from people.

So what is it?

This is a simple program. Over the next few weeks I shall be getting into shape, using everyday techniques and eventually progressing into more serious body building (If we get that far).

So stay tuned and hopefully there will be some improvements to come.
