Step 1

Give me a cigarette, smoking my cancer
Why is it all the good things in life are bad for your health!
So my first step in this great endeavor will to be giving up on the ol' cigarette's, now we all know this isn't going to happen straight away, so my first step will be to be easing off the old smokes week by week.
I love em' but they gotta go!
As well as giving up the cigarette's I'll be replacing the old work car with my very own Bicycle! (Now I can get away with this as I live in a relatively small town making transport easy). The way I see it, every little bit helps.

Welcome to the Experiment!

Hello,

This is not a relatively new blog but I thought hell why not, designed so that i can look back in the future and hopefully see some improvements. As well as showing progress and maybe giving/receiving tips to and from people.

So what is it?

This is a simple program. Over the next few weeks I shall be getting into shape, using everyday techniques and eventually progressing into more serious body building (If we get that far).

So stay tuned and hopefully there will be some improvements to come.
